Rhinoplasty

closeup-nose Rhinoplasty, also known as nose reshaping, or a nose job, is a surgical procedure that can alter the shape, appearance, and function of the nose. Dr. Rohrich is an internationally known rhinoplasty specialist, teaching and presenting his modern approach to rhinoplasty worldwide. He has authored hundreds of medical articles and textbooks on the rhinoplasty including the prestigious Dallas Rhinoplasty: Nasal Surgery by the Masters. Facelift

facelift photo A modern face lift corrects aging features using an advanced and personalized lift-and-fill procedure. This includes not only lifting deeper layers of the face, but filling the central cheek area, which deflates with age. The modern face lift, together with modern neck lift procedures and other techniques, amounts to complete facial rejuvenation. Dr. Rohrich is known internationally for his teaching, contributions, and advancement of modern face lift techniques and facial aging.

Breast Surgery

Beach photo Breast augmentation and breast lift surgery can help enhance the size, shape, symmetry, and generally help to balance body proportions. Dr. Rohrich works closely with his patients to give the widest selection of possible breast implants shapes and materials, incision locations, and implant placement options that work best for each person's unique situation. This includes use of silicone gel breast implants and saline breast implants, with subglandular (prepectoral) or subpectoral placements and a wide variety of options to minimize the incision. Dr. Rohrich is also a founding member of the AiRS Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to helping women obtain breast reconstruction after mastectomy.

Revision Rhinoplasty

Touching Nose Revision rhinoplasty, often called secondary rhinoplasty, is a corrective nose surgery that is performed on patients who have had a previous rhinoplasty with poor results. Because of the delicate nature of the nasal structures, and because a rhinoplasty has already been performed once, a revision rhinoplasty is widely considered to be one of the most difficult and challenging procedure performed by plastic surgeons. As such, revision rhinoplasty is considered a distinctly separate surgery from primary rhinoplasty and a large portion of Dr. Rohrich's academic work, journal papers, lectures, international presentations, and clinical research is dedicated to performing revision rhinoplasty with the best possible outcomes.

For anyone considering a revision rhinoplasty, it is vital to understand that only a true expert in revision rhinoplasty should be considered.
