Rhinoplasty: Dorsal Hump, Refined Tip, Breathing Difficulty
This patient desired the dorsal hump removed and a refined tip. She also desired a nose more proportional to her face. She had an Open Rhinoplasty and reconstruction to improve breathing difficulties. The left photo was taken before surgery; the right photo was taken 3 months after surgery and shows removal of the hump and a refined nose tip. A small chin implant was surgically placed for a more proportional chin to face.

This patient desired a nose that was more proportional to her face and with a more refined, less bulbous nose tip. She had an Open Rhinoplasty with reconstruction to improve her breathing difficulties. The left photo was taken before surgery, the right photo was taken 11 months after surgery showing removal of the hump, a refined tip, and a small chin implant to add a more proportional chin and face presentation.

This 25 year old woman desired nose reshaping to remove the hump of her dorsum and refine her nasal tip. Her chin was advanced by genioplasty to better proportion her face.

This patient desired her nose to flow more proportionally with her face by way of a softening her nasal tip and correcting her bulbous tip. She had an Open Rhinoplasty. The left photo was taken before surgery; the right photo was taken 2 months after surgery and shows that her dorsum was narrowed, and her tip more refined. A small chin implant was surgically put into place to create a more proportional looking chin.

This patient had a dorsum hump and deviation with a wide mid vault and boxy nasal tip. He had an open rhinoplasty, an upper blepharoplasty, and a small chin implant.
