An female physician who had a previous rhinoplasty elsewhere and now desires only correction of left mid vault collapse. 0.5 cc of Restylane was injected to her left midvault to improve the dorsal aesthetic lines of her nose on the front view and correct her mid vault collapse. This is a revision rhinoplasty patient done elsewhere with mid vault collapse and lack of overall tip asymmetry. I injected .8 cc of Restylane (a Hyaluronic Acid filler) into the middle vault area to improve her front view appearance as well as improvement of her nasal breathing by restoring the mid vault internal nasal valve area with the filler. She has a nice overall natural non-operated appearance and may consider a corrective revision surgical rhinoplasty in the future. She is very pleased with her result.
