Dallas Day Surgery Center

Dallas Day Surgery Center is an accredited, state of the art, private ambulatory surgical facility with four operating rooms. We have a fully staffed post op patient recovery unit located within the Dallas Plastic Surgery Institute. Our facility is committed to providing the highest level of individualized patient care, specializing in the unique needs of plastic surgery patients.

All patients receive exceptional care in a comfortable and peaceful setting with our highly trained and experienced staff. The staff is compassionate and focused on you from the time of check-in to the time of discharge. Our Registered Nurses are ACLS certified as well. Dallas Day Surgery Center maintains a high staff to patient ratio, ensuring that each patient receives the utmost in prompt, safe, and compassionate care.

Dr. Rohrich performs the full scope of cosmetic plastic surgery procedures at Dallas Day Surgery Center using only highly experienced, board certified anesthesiologists with decades of expertise and experience alongside Dr. Rohrich. They are well informed of all of his procedures and the optimal methods to ensure both maximal patient care/safety and outcomes. You will receive a call from the anesthesiologist assigned to your surgery case the night before your procedure to review past medical history and previous experiences with general anesthesia. You will meet your anesthesiologist on the day of your procedure during pre-op with Dr. Rohrich.

The facility is fully licensed by the State of Texas and is a member of the Texas Association of Surgery Centers and the Federated Ambulatory Surgery Association. Patient safety and superb outcomes are our highest priority.

Cloister Hotel for Extended Stays / Out of Town Patients

The Cloister Hotel is a reservation only, post-surgical care facility conveniently located on the 6th floor of the Dallas Plastic Surgery Institute. Hotel suites are available to all my patients wanting/needing to recover in a private, quiet atmosphere with personalized care provided by our highly experienced nursing staff.

The Cloister allows for privacy in a safe, medical extended stay type setting. Our skilled nurses are on-site 24 hours and specialize in post-operative plastic surgery care. Each have significant experience and expertise in working with my patients from around the world.

For optimal care and safety, I often recommend that patients stay overnight with us. Our nurses will administer your medications on schedule, check vitals, and provide me with updates to ensure you receive the best care. As this is a private facility, it is our policy that one family member or friend stay with you overnight as well. Each suite has an additional bed for your guest. Only qualified hotel guests have access to The Cloister Hotel to ensure a truly private, safe, and peaceful stay.

The Cloister Hotel is used exclusively by the excellent team of Board-Certified Plastic Surgeons at Dallas Plastic Surgery Institute.

Dr Rohrich, along with his staff, will visit you each morning and evening.

We have a small kitchenette area available for all guests which includes:

• Teas, yogurt and soups
• Variety of soft drinks, juice, and water
• Whey protein drinks

Services such as UberEats, DoorDash and Favor are a good option for meal delivery from local restaurants.

SECURITY

Your privacy is very important to us. Each suite has an electronic security system and is only accessible with a key card. Our Pyramid Tower building is locked after 6:30 p.m. and guests will need to utilize their key cards for come and go access. A building security guard is on-site 24 hours a day and can be reached by calling 469-506-3094.
